RetroVerse – Terms of Service

Welcome to RetroVerse. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and related services (the “Services”), which are powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You confirm you’re at least the age of majority in your location. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account and may not transfer it to others.

2) Products & Content

We try to display products accurately, but colors/appearance can vary by device. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3) Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; RetroVerse may accept or refuse it at our discretion. We must receive payment before acceptance. If an order is changed or canceled, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

4) Pricing & Payment

Prices at checkout are current at the time of purchase and generally exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated. You authorize charges to your selected payment method and agree to keep payment details current and accurate.

5) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery windows are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Carrier or customs delays can occur. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand off the shipment to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, video, code, and design) is owned by RetroVerse or its licensors and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without written permission.

7) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may include third-party tools or links. Use them at your own risk. RetroVerse isn’t responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8) Feedback

If you send reviews, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant RetroVerse a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that Feedback in any medium. You confirm you have the rights to provide it.

9) Prohibited Uses

Don’t use the Services unlawfully, to infringe IP rights, to disrupt operations, to transmit malware/spam, to scrape data, or to bypass security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10) Disclaimers

Except where required by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement). We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroVerse (and its officers, employees, partners, and service providers) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data arising from your use of the Services or products.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetroVerse, Shopify, and their affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

13) Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we’re hosted on Shopify, certain data is processed by Shopify and its service providers to operate the store.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Venue and jurisdiction lie with the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
