RetroVerse Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your console is delivered.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the console must be in the same condition received, unused, and free of damage or alteration, with all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging included. Youโ€™ll need the order number or proof of purchase.
Items returned missing parts or with user-caused damage may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

Email support@retroversepro.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
Do not send items back without an RAโ€”unauthorized returns may be refused.

If approved, weโ€™ll provide a prepaid return label (where available) and packing instructions.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the console is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@retroversepro.com immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items and gift cards
  • Customized or special-order units
  • Software licenses / digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Items with significant wear, user damage, missing serial/IMEI labels, or missing accessories

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll email you the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post funds.
