Processing Time

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or viral promotions), processing may take a little longer โ€” but weโ€™ll always do our best to stay quick.
  • If your order experiences a major delay, weโ€™ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard (U.S.) โ€“ 6โ€“10 business days
  • Expedited (U.S., if available) โ€“ 4โ€“7 business days
  • International โ€“ 10โ€“20 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24โ€“48 hours after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the customerโ€™s responsibility.
RetroVerse is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs processes.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging each console for safe delivery. However, RetroVerse is not liable for damage or loss once the package is handed to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier and keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved.
