- During high-volume periods (such as holidays or viral promotions), processing may take a little longer โ but weโll always do our best to stay quick.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Expedited (U.S., if available) โ 4โ7 business days

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging each console for safe delivery. However, RetroVerse is not liable for damage or loss once the package is handed to the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier and keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved.
